Cute and Positive Way to add Breathing into our Routine

I have always suffered from anxiety and kept it hidden. I had not been taught any tools to use and it wasn't until just recently I became aware of mindfulness and breathing to ground myself. I want to make sure my daughter, who is four, has tools so she doesn't suffer in silence! We have added this Rainbow board to our night time routine! With her being only four I wasn't sure if she would pick up on the use of it but today I caught her in her room using the board by herself doing her breathing! Christmas Gift this year for my nieces and nephews!

Calming and helpful!

I am a grown adult with ADHD, and sometimes it's really hard to remember to stop, breathe and relax. This board helps me do just that! I love having it while I am watching tv or working on projects. It helps me focus, slow down my brain, or provide a distraction. It just resets my brain! The board is soft, easily washable, and can be used almost anywhere. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars. :)
